The faster a new prototype is produced, the quicker engineers can analyze it for design flaws and make necessary adjustments. Aztek´s prototype development philosophy is aligned with that requirement. Our strong technical support infrastructure can help you, not only with prototypes in 48 to 96 hours, but also with a comprehensive design for manufacturing analysis. Rather than just looking at a drawing on a screen, you get our hands-on experience with the part. As a result, the final design is the most efficient to produce while providing the highest and most reliable quality part possible.

Rapid prototyping classification

  • 48 hours prototyping with Laser or Plasma cutting and Press Brake Bending
  • 96 hours prototyping with Laser or Plasma cutting, Press Brake Bending and Hardware insertion
  • For Powder coating and final assemblies, our leadtimes can be up to 4 weeks

** Prototyping depends on Material on-hand and Powder Coating development.
